Releasing Development Build(s)

Adding content of the first development build. Playing the game early will be rewarding, I promise. The windows build comes with a menu to access the website's hub and to be able to join tournaments in game. There is no self update yet but announcements will be made long before releases if you are a active player. Thank you for your time.
